Utilising high-quality equipment designed right here in NZ by WilliamsWarn, as well as premium ingredients sourced from home, USA, and Europe, you can create your very own fresh and perfectly carbonated brew from our list of popular beer styles to enjoy in as little as 7 days.
The Brewing Institute offers separate brewing stations for 1-2 people in a specially designed space.
Brew sessions enable you to create up to two different styles of beer at one time (approx. 24 litres) and your finished product can be taken away to enjoy in bottles or kegs.
Already know how to brew? Great! Sessions are open to absolutely anyone who enjoys a good brew.
