Ready to start brewing your own beer?
Book a Brew Station for yourself, or you and a mate
(each Brew Station has a capacity for a maximum of two people).
The cost to book a brew station is $250. Payment is made online when you make your booking.
This includes all the ingredients and brewing hardware to make approximately 24 litres of beer.
Our experienced brewer will guide you through the step-by-step process of how to brew your own beer. You will receive a beer tasting paddle to sample that has been produced using this brewing system.
When it comes time for bottling your beer, you will require approximately forty-eight 500ml bottles that are cleaned and sanitised.
You are welcome to bring along your own bottles, or you can purchase these from The Brewing Institute before bottling day.
500ml Amber Craft Beer Bottles cost $1.65 each (bottle prices include caps and are subject to change without notice).
Please note that beer not bottled or kegged within three weeks of your brew day will be disposed of.
Book a Brew Station
Learn to brew classes run the second Saturday of each month from 12:30 pm to 3pm at 15 Karaka Street, New Lynn, Auckland 0600. ( for group bookings of 3 stations or more we can arrange alternative dates if required )
You can brew on your own, or in pairs.
If you have a group of mates and want to brew together then we can accommodate up to eight people in four groups of two.
