Back in 2013, following many failed attempts brewing beer from buckets and then waiting weeks to discover it wasn’t even drinkable, I figured there had to be a better way.
Searching home brewing online, I came across a product that promised fresh, cold, clear, and perfectly carbonated beer in as little as 7 days called the WilliamsWarn Personal Brewery. My brother and I decided to check it out with a tasting.

One week later we had proudly created the first of many brews to come. Without a doubt, we knew we had just produced a high-quality and tasty beer in an outstanding brewing system.
Fast forward seven years…
A separately constructed man cave, job restructuring, and not to mention a global pandemic, allowed me plenty of time on my hands to think.
The decision was made that other beer lovers out there could (and should!) have the same opportunity to produce their own homebrew using this awesome personal brewing system.
… and that is how The Brewing Institute was created.
The Brewing Institute is located where most home brewing begins. The garage. However, not just any garage, but one located in New Lynn Auckland and purpose fit with individual brewing stations, WilliamsWarn BrewKegs, high-quality extract ingredients, dry yeast, and hops sourced from NZ, America, and Europe.
You are guided through the entire brewing process in a warm and friendly, comfortable, relaxed, and fun environment.
